Who we are
LocalsFree (localsfree.com) is operated by Towering Entertainment LLC (registered brand: Sin City Seats) ("LocalsFree," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and the details of the tickets you claim or the vouchers you redeem.
- Payment information: redemption fees are paid by card or digital wallet through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Text message consent: which text messages you agreed to receive, when, and from which page, so we have a record of your choice.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, as recorded by our servers.
How we use it
- To sign you in, issue your tickets, and process voucher redemptions and redemption fees.
- To send the messages you asked for: sign-in codes, ticket confirmations, show-day reminders, and notices if a show changes.
- If you opted in to alerts, to tell you when seats open for shows and experiences you selected.
- To answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep the service secure.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and check a box agreeing to receive texts, we use your number only to send the messages you chose. Account and ticket texts and marketing alerts are separate choices; you can agree to one without the other, and agreeing to texts is never required to claim or buy tickets.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with the text-message provider that delivers our messages for us.
Message frequency varies; marketing alerts are limited to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that run LocalsFree for us, such as website hosting, payment processing, and email and text-message delivery, only as needed to provide their service.
- With the venue or show producer for tickets you claim, so you can be checked in.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers and our business.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Contact us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
Children
LocalsFree is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
